I'm not sure how often, if at all, you guys frequent http://www.pgmfi.org or http://www.honda-tech.com so I'm sending this y'alls way. If anyone is familiar with Hondata, this is very similiar but minus the little blue interface box BUT you get 5 bar MAP capabilities, traction control, 24x24 high resolution map, launch control, full throttle shift adjustability, and from what I hear it also has boost by mph like the very expensive EBCs )I.T.S. and World Electronics and I believe even on the Motec M4). Now you might be thinking "well I dont go to honda-tech, and I cant use hondata" but this product will be released for Honda and Nissan guys and thats it, as far as I know. I dont know the prices but they are supposed to be cheaper than Hondata, which could be anywhere from $3-6 hundred. But for most other standalones with these options you will probably be paying upwards of a $1000 or more just for the standalone. This will only be sold to two tuners at first which are Geoff from Full-Race in AZ and Jeff from http://www.evans-tuning.com in PA. but will eventually be broadend through good referalls or vouches I guess (as two people I know in TX will be getting their hands on the system in the not-to-distant future. I understand this may not be for some people, but it definately shouldntbe overlooked A) for it's price and B) for it's features. Its been running on some cars flawlessly from what I hear from valid sources. Anyways here's some screenshot pics

Now there are a ton of other cool options but you'll have to check out the site @ http://neptune.evans-tuning.com and if you want to hear others oppinions (good and bad) you can read the 10 page link here http://www.honda-tech.com/zero...age=1

so basically it's a Hondata for Nissans? I've heard nothing but good things about the Hondata so that's pretty cool.

It is, but with more, better options. I wont have it one my 240 for awhile . . . . primarily cuz I wont have a 240 for alittle while but I know early next year after this has been out for awhile and my friends have had some time to familiarize themselves with this system I'll definately give it a try.

EARL on honda-tech said this would not be available to the public so don't get your hops up to much unless u own a reputable shop and they will sell you the software. they say it is to complexe for the average user and they only want shops tuning with it.

anyways. this program looks great im running uberdata in my civic right now, and this program is very similar just has lots more features and bennifits. this program will be very helpful but how would they get it to work in a nissan? would they just soder in a 28pin zif socket on the ECU and then burn bins using an Eprom burner and then just stick the chip in?

if so they uberdata or turbo edit should work for the nissan ECU's aswell.

from what i have read on honda-tech this software will use a chip. u burn it and install a ZIF socket on the ECU and then tune on the laptop, burn the chip and install the chip on the ECU.

if someone could figure out what needs to be soderd where on the ECU then uberdata could be used and work just the same as this program. and its free. u would just disregard the Vtec settings map settings.

what you're saying about reputable shops (or people) can really only get their hands on this right now, luckily I know two I'm not quite sur e how they were able to incorporate Nissan, but the creator of the software told javier at full-race they'll be getting some love.
