Hey, I just picked up an '89 240sx with an rb25. This is my first nissan, but the community seems great - looking forward to building this car. I got it just over a week ago, but some good progress made on it. The first thing I did was strip the interior - who needs passengers? Put in a turbonetics MBC, then a big FMIC. I was having trouble getting traction after that, so I headed over to my wheel/tire guy and put nitto 555s all around. No traction problems anymore - 245mm in the rear. Tomorrow is a big day - can't wait. Heading over to the shop early to get the eManage, injectors and T04B turbo installed. I'll post a dyno sheet and pics when it's all done. Hopefully that'll be by tomorrow night =).

Let's just hope he's responsible enough not to wrap that around a pole or a tree.

Be carefull with that thing man...don't kill yourself with it.

Not saying you can't drive or anything, but an engine like that in a light car can suprise even a decent driver. Get used to it, especially if it's your first Nissan.

I'm coming from a Z06 I think I'll manage the power. But it WAS surprising.

Didn't finish getting the next turbo in until this evening - ended up having to redo the IC piping and modify the downpipe. I'm driving up to Boston tomorrow - but hopefully I'll be able to get some pics up tomorrow night. So far I've got the wheels/tires, exhaust, fmic, turbo done. The injectors and eManage are still sitting in the trunk. But it's fast, and I've only tested up to 10psi. The T04B spools arond 4000rpm as opposed to stock's ~3.5k...but it pulls like hell once it's got boost. Can't wait to get the injectors/eManage in so I can crank the boost. Anyway...the butt dyno gives a
