Just dropped my new rb20det in after mucking up my previous one. At first start up this thing sounds good, but right away I get massive amounts of smoke out of my valve covers, not much out the exhaust. They are like mini exhaust pipes. I put some marvel mystery oil in it and cranked it, then put another cap in and let it sit. Hoping this works, anybody else have similar problems like this with imported motors?

I did compression test, from first to last, 120, 117, 87, 142, 137, 140.

Did a leakdown, had air coming out of the rad cap on 1 and 2 and 3 out the pvc on the valv covers. Sending this one back
