Hi guys, I've just finished the second (I think) RB powered S13 in the UK. Mine is a RB25DET with two turbos so I guess its a RB25DETT. Theres a full write up on the UK's SXOC if you're interested :)

Sweet ride bud! I read your whole thing but didn't see what manifolds you used to mount the turbos... I think I gathered you used the GTR manifolds, but I'm not 100% sure.

How do you like that Sparco EVO2? I am looking into Corsa's myself (I'm 6'4" and small seats aren't my friends), and I think the EVO2 is a similar size.

I'm sure everyone wants to see this part too... http://homepage.ntlworld.com/s...2.mpg

All in all, it looks like you spent the time to do it right... cheers mate!

Must have taken alot of mods to make that GTR manifold fit. Did you part match the head to it?

Thanks for the positive comments fellas :)

93RPS13 - its running a standard R33GTS-T ECU with a GReddy E-manage which is allowing us to run a 'blow through' Z32 MAF setup.

rbsileighty - the turbo setup is from a GTR skyline but we've done a lot of adapting and fabrication to enable it to fit.

The Sparco Evo2's are great seats. I was looking at the Pro 2000's originally but they're a really tight fit. The EVO2's are a wide-*** version of the EVO seat. Not that I have a wide-*** you understand but I needed to get seats that other people could get into too :D

Some of the seats were so tight that you almost needed to use a crowbar to get it off your *** !!

As you guys are in the US heres a couple more vids for you:http://homepage.ntlworld.com/s...1.mpgh ... /s...3.mpg

These were all taken during the running in process at 7psi :D

Yellow4g63 - Everything has been portmatched on the intake side and the exhaust side too.

I am not much for kissing ***, but that is amazing. Good job and great idea. Any idea what kind of power you are making? I havent had the time to read the other thread...

I am thoroughly impressed.

Wow, nicely done, I'd have to say it the best conversion I've seen to date.

It is also interesting to see the swap in a right hand drive car.

mambustu,I would love to see pics of the underside of your car if you ever get the opportunity. All of us guys in the US have to deal with steering column downpipe clearance issues unless we use mounting kits or a dremel :).

I'm using the R33 crossmember with a gearbox mount spacer kit.

S13Sil-line - hoping to get some external video this weekend :)

Jon Powell - The standard 370cc injectors are at 100% duty at 7psi boost which should make it around 350 to 370bhp at the fly.....it certainly feels like it.

The 550's and water injection kit is going on in a few weeks and then I'll take it up to 15psi. :)

I'm having trouble viewing the videos. Can somebody host them on a secondary source? My ISP (my university) has a problem downloading video files sometimes.

Congratulations on doing one of the cleanest swaps I've ever seen! Especially considering that the RB rescources over there are drier than they are here!

You are also not the only person who noted similarities between the RB and CA series. Iron block, deep valley between valve covers, same type of lifters...Asking which engine is based off the other is asking "Chicken or the egg?
