I want to change my radio in my SL. I have the bluetooth and the Rockford Upgrades. Does anyone know a good double din radio that WILL work with the factory bluetooth interface?

I want to be able to use the steering wheel controls that are on my wheel already. I don't know if I have to get the other module for bluetooth or if the factory one will work. I am just trying to find out if there is a plug and play system.

Do you know if the Crutchfield harness works? I entered my car and it said it won't work on the Versa. Any ideas?

the crutchfield harness should work depending your headunit.

As for keeping your bluetooth. not alot of people are sure about it yet. because no one has tried to spend 700+ for a dvd/dual din displace headunit, and check if they lost their bluetooth. TO my understanding the bluetooth system is in the headunit itself, but i could be wrong.

You might also want to runa search for headunits with a bluetooth system to buy.

the factory BT system runs through the factory stereo. To keep BT, you need to get a stereo that either has internal BT (there's a Sony model that has this) or get an add-on BT kit (usually $100-$200 extra on top of a head unit, and certain manufacturers like Panasonic ONLY allow incoming calls on BT... you can't place calls with their system for "Safety" reasons)

The steering wheel control adapters are listed as not functional with the Versa steering wheel controls. No idea why, but Crutchfield usually does a really good job researching stuff, so this is probably accurate.

here is a headunit that has some features you want, and will most likely be able to be hook up to your stearwheel. This headunit does have bluetooth built in, but you might have to read it.

here is a similar system that works with alpine, it might work with the steeringwheel.
