how can i fit an after market radio into the funny shaped radio compartment of a 300 zx?

buy the radio plate from any stereo shop.

when i had a Z31 I got a kit with a metal plate from crutchfield, I believe they give you the bracket and wiring harness for free with recievers over $100

My friend got his bracket and wiring from a local audio shop, they had them in stock and if I remember correctly it wasn't expensive at all.
