2006 G-35 112,000 miles...
Dealer inspection said I have a small leak in the "sealed Rack & Pinion" will require replacement.. $1,940.00..
Does anyone have any information about the Rack & Pinion and the cost for replacement...?...I just thought it would be one of the last mechanical parts to fail..

Did they say where the leak is?

If it is a small leak, you may want to try one of those "Power Steering Fluid & Stop Leak".
Normally I am not a fan of those types of products, but for little money there might be a chance it works.
If not then you may need to replace the pack anyways.

I have no idea on replacement costs...
