Well Just bought my first Q! Love it...even tho it runs light BUTT!I seen it on Craigslist for a decent price...so I drove a few hours to get it...I got there and heard a MISFIRE right away...Injector was my fisrt thought! ohmed them like you guys posted 2 bad injectors...(looking for series 2 if you have some:) ) I got some from junkyard for now...a rail a 8 injectors... also window was broken, regulator junk replaced that...the sunroof switch was MIA...fixed that...had some HORRRILBE chrome wheels I HATE CHROME, so I tossed on a set of Skyline rims from a r32 I had laying around...I also had some JIC front coilovers I managed to fangle into the front of my Q, so need to figure out rears, I am thinking a set of 300zx coils will work...I have some kyb's with cut springs (who said that) from my s13 I will try to fit in it then get coils...R33 calipers and rotors 286mm rotors! good and plenty! Just need to fix injectors and I should be good...I did the bg44k and seen a diff...also cleaned mafs , TBody...

Well I hope my plans go well....pics to come soon...It's black, black tinted windows...and biege wheels...need some tlc, but I assure you I will give it to her...My first VIP car...I am a 240sx owner and driver...so the Q is a new frontier!Peace Russ

Hey guy. Welcome to NICO. It seems like you know your onions about Q's. Glad to see the start you've made. How are the chain guides on it? Above 100k is what I've found to be the real danger point with the guides. Post some pics.

Call ICA (Infiniti Consumer Affairs) and give them your VIN. They'll give you the Q's history and all the dealerships it has been serviced at. You can call the dealership and they can fax your the service records. I have a copy in my glovebox. That way you can get a better idea of what the Q went through before you. I think it also registers your with Infiniti as the new owner as well.

I have a black 92 too. Gray interior?

What did the chrome wheels look like?

Welcome to NICO!

Great job reading threads and attending to problems. Tells us how you fit the JIC coilovers, for future readers.
