Where are you located at? Saw an inexpensive one with warranty on Ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/90-91-92-93-94- ... 320wt_1396
Also you can have your pump rebuild for about $100:

The PS pump is a simple unit.. I've had good luck with a Felpro unit from AdvanceAuto. I think I got it on sale for around $100 at the time. They have some good sales on the Web site.

OK - here's the video. It takes a minute or two to load so be patient.

:welcome: to NICO!

P/S pump failure is extremely unusual for the early Q. I'm assuming the fluid level is OK - it's growl if it's low...

My power steering pump is very noisy. I think somebody ran it low at one time. I am going to flush it out and try out some different power steering fluids. I remember GM pumps crapped out very easily on factory Dexron fluid, but I tried STP Honda universal and it did not fail even after some serious autocrossing.

Mobil 1 Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid works well as a replacement PS fluid. It's not particularly expensive, and readily available.

Not sure how expensive factory parts are exactly and how critical using factory parts are for this job, but here is a good place for aftermarket parts:

I'd start by ohm testing the fuel injectors (and KS while you're there).

Next, clean and tighten the pins on the MAF sensor connector, CAS connector, and EGR soleniod connectors. The pins should look like the middle one in the pic. These connectors aren't waterproof and are subject to corrosion, especially if you've ever had a radiator leak. Also apply a light coating of dielectric grease to these connectors.

Finally, add a bottle of Redline S-1 fuel injection system cleaner to a 1/2 tank of fuel and drive for an hour or two.
