heres my new results

estimated 285hp and 240tq

here is a graph of the second to last run. with timing at 20 deg up top.

the next run timing was bumped to 23 and i got 277 hp but the graph was lost before we printed it. then after that timing was put to 25 deg and some more fuel adjustments were made. Before a final run could be made the wastegate actuator arm fell off the flapper.

boost is at about 18 psi and air fuel is between 11.3-11.7

I see you're getting there. How are your plugs gapped?

I gapped mine to 25 thousandths. But then again, I'm running big boost on a daily basis.

Glad to see you spending time at the dyno. Let's me know you're interested in where your car stands. What did you decide to do about your transmission woes? Hopefully next week I'll have my g/f's car up and running again. I'll be taking an S13 with CA (that I juts did a headgasket/headgasket on) to the dyno once this storm blows over. I'm expecting to put him at about 400whp. SInce I did the timing belt, camshafts, water pump head, headgasket, headbolts, 72 lb/hr injectors and street tuned his new injectors, he wants me to take it to the dyno and rape. I'll do just that with a couple of 20-25psi psi pulls.

I learned alot from this tuning session. I think next time i am gunna try and attempt to tune myself. And if i find while driving on the street that it needs some adjustment i will do it myself.

I dropped the transmission the other day and when i cracked the case open a chunk of somethin fell out as well as smalled peices. I did a quick inspection of all the gears and synchros and they looked normal. But thats as far as i got. i am assuming it is part of the shifter or diff. Either way it has been grinding/rubbing or breaking for a while. My gear oil was metal flake and the chunk was magnetized and had shavings stuck in globs to it. So i think it finally giving at the time of my power upgrade was just a coincidence.

At the time my funding it to low to buy ur transmission so i am looking around for a cheap stock one. but if your not planning on getting rid of it soon i think that will be my next purchase.

The transmission will be a round for a while. I swap back and forth between that one and the other hybrid unit. The transmission for my drag car has yet to be tested, but it's a work of art if anyone knew what was involved at creating it.
