new! pros and cons

hey ever one. As the topic tittle says yeah im new. i have been looking for a 240 for a few months now and just keeping my eye out for the right one. so i was just wanting to know what the pros and cons where for ever one.

Con: Rust! Before you buy a 240SX look underneath at the frame rail. Then hit it with a hammer, if the hammer comes out the other side don't buy it!

Pro: I love my 240SX!!!!!!

Pro: The suspension aftermarket is redonk. The main swaps have great aftermarket. Tons of info on them.

Cons: The stock speaker sizes are wack. Rusty trunks common due to having wings. Annoying a** door chime, I wanna learn how to change that sound.

Someone already mentioned drift tax that s*** is a major con people ask crazy amounts for these cars.

Pro: Super easy to work on, and lots of information on them because of the popularity.

Con: Also because of the popularity, there is not much originality. Almost any thing you can think of to do to make the car unique has probably already been done(better).
And, because everyone wants to be a sweet drifterman a lot of them have been beat to hell. Find one as close to stock as possible IMO

Con: seats are boo, you will be wanting S14 seats
no airbag (if that bothers you)


Pro: flip up lights

pros: cheap and easy to find parts, easy to learn about em, they're fun to drive, and you getta contribute to the best section on nicoclub!

Find a women they are bester.

Cons they are old as hell worn out to hell, have rust issues.
Pro's, they are a cheap throw away car you can do anything with
