i have around 6g to do a s13 conversion. Including the engine (take away 3500 from that money) what else should i do to maximize the power with that money?

Brakes.then.Suspension.

EDIT: And I promise, you will spend more than 3500 on your swap.

6g = SR swap.

Instead.

Z32 brake upgrade.Coilovers if autox or drifting, Springs/shocks if not.Strut & Sway bars.

Get a nice catback with the money you have left. You can always use that if you do actualy swap.
