Ok folks, I got a price list her for an s13 black top and all it's compnents. I got 2 questions

1. I want to buy everything from the same place, does anyone know someplace with quality cheaper prices.

2. the total is ~ $7000, hoe much more would it cost me to get a simular RB25 set up? I know Night7 is having a deal on their motor sets, I'm just not usre about new mounts and all.

I'm only looking for max 350-400hp, I'd like to get the s14 sr20, Of course I've heard of problems with the low port intake. Will It support ~380?

yes, yes i do :D

Low port isnt much of a problem, neither is VVL, contrary to popular belief. The S14 turbo is alot better than the S13's, so the motor has better stock capabilities.

Your pricelist looks good. Give yourself an extra $500 at least for odds and ends. For example, I had to get a new clutch slave cylinder and decided to get a stainless steel bypass line too because the stock SC was shot and the stainless steel bypass line will give me better clutch feel and will bleed easier.

You'll probably want motor mounts too ;)

I have the TAKA and can only say GREAT things about them. Got all 4 SS brake conversion lines and the clutch line with loop bypass.

I just found a 91 300zx with AT for $700. It needs an engine. Now, taking that same $7000 I was going to use to put in my blacktop, do you think it is enough, and worth it to go 300zx style? It seems plenty enough to do a swap and at/man conversion, if it's possible. Any thoughts?

Yeah I check a while back and insurance on a 95 TT z-car was more than a new corvette or GS400.
