Ok.. New issue..

I'm going down the road 35ish in second gear.. Push the clutch in and rev the engine.. Get to around 4500 RPM and theres this wierd grinding/slipping funny feeling in the shifter and floorboard.. and well the whole car. Soo... Curious as to if it was a quirk or what I try again a few days later. Reproduced in the same exact manner. Try other gears, other speeds, etc and no others do it.. Any ideas?

Sounds like your 2nd gear isn't disengaging correctly.

It's easily reproduced... Not just a one time occurence.

How many miles on your clutch? Does it do it in Neutral? My s13 Has a loose-kinda unbalenced feeling around 45-4700 rpms. It just started do'in that w/ new clutch. Cheap parts. Guna get a new kick *** clutch.

So far does do it in neutral. Has started doing it in 3rd and its grinding now if I shift hard to 3rd from second. I'm takin' 'er to the shop next weekend (friend of a friend) $40 bucks for a thorough look over on weekend time :) Decent I think.
