so i was tring to get the motor to start up and i couldnt get it to, so i thought that my timing was off check, double check, and triple check nope its right. so i pull out my 1 spark plug hook up the compression tester and im only getting 15psi on all my cylinders so i think the gauge is messed up and check it on my moms honda and its right. so now i got to figure out why in the hell my motor is having suck low compression. i rebuilt it all to stock tolarances and left the rings a little on the tight side i cant figure out why im getting such low compression. now when i turn it over with the key with the vc off it seams like the motor is rotating slower than it should so if thats the case would that cause the motor to not build up compression because its leaking the little bit off to fast for it to build up

first make sure you are on the compression stroke it is possible that you put it at tdc of the exhaust stroke

search at the top right corner KA24DE or SRS20DET cam alignment there is a thread on there that has a diagram.
