check it out, so i got my tails painted and o my do i like em. i love the silver and black theme!

heres some pics i took today all over also with my HIDs.

btw i failed on bluebats 60% headlight GTR overlays, sigh if i suceeded it wouldve been a wonderful day. i just couldnt get it to fit right, i kept creasing it for some reason when i was using my credit card. mayb its my first time or something but hell i havent seen anyone on the forum fail on the headlight overlays i think i need another pair and ask a pro to install for me. this is what i get for trying to save money instead waste it sigh.

the shop surmann recommended me to does a awesome job at painting so any of you around brooklyn want a nice paint job you should go there. AIM AUTO PARTS.

one last thing i had a sneak peak of surmanns car muahaha and the parts too just not installed but hot damn i cant wait to see it up and running.

okay enough of my rambling. heres some pics!

day pics are by phone night pics are by camera.

there ya go woo

your headlights seem to be aimed a little high if theyre hitting the wall that high up from that far away.

David, did you use a hairdryer for your application? Important, because it makes the vinyl pliable! Discount on your 2nd set bud, just shoot me an email. Maybe get one of my installers to install for you .

Bat...Where are your installers in Brooklyn and Jersey located? I've had your taillight overlay's sitting in my trunk for the past month and a half.

cool thanks drew,

i called the jersey guy he said 150 for head and tail but he was so outta my way and i dont really have time to head up there atm. it prob cost so much because of the tails cuz i went to like 2 random shops around here and they asked for 200 and a big portion of that was for the tails. like about 140.

i had a blow dryer, guess it was just the lack of skills. it didn't seem that hard cuz there wasn't that much dramatic bending like the tails so i thought i oughtta try it and bam fail.

ima hit you up with a email andrew thanks.

150 all the way in jersey ? thats pretty expensive i was going to try it myself but the tail lights seem impossible for a first timer.

I effed up my headlight overlays as well. The first one I did is all creased and the second one is perfect (as close to it as I can get it). But I'm not sure if I like them, I kinda want them darker. I'm thinking of just painting them along with my tails.

Your tails look great! I had a hard time getting Bat's overlay's on as well, just tried the left tail, so i have the heads and a right tail if anyone wants them for cheap, lol. There's no way I'll be able to do it myself and seeing all the estimates you all have been getting, I don't think I want to drop that much on overlays.
