i made the front and rear STB's, and actually they work great and were pretty easy to do and best of all they were free!!:ylsuper

Very nice! Get a new clutch (like a SPEC stage 1 or ACT or somethin) and you'll see a huge improvement in clamping power and launches. I did with my SPEC clutch.

Its really easy, basically just like the front one if you can see in the pics, but easier. i just used a 3/4 piece of aluminum conduot piping from a hardaware store. its like $2 for 10ft. then i cut it to about the right length to fit from the 2 inside bolts on the struts in the back. then i flattened one end down and drilled a hole through and put it on one of the studs then marked exactly where the other was. then i flattened the other side and drilled a hole and put it on. i might of had to bend the pipe just a bit to fit in the back but im not sure. you need to take out the back panal above your seat to get to the strut bolts. also put down the back seat. you have to cut out or bend a little metal for the strut to go straight across, you will see what i mean if you look at it. the metal is real thin i just used some snips and cut it, you only have to cut or bend 2or3 inches of it, it is not structual or anything and you cant see it. and if you want you can polish the bar when you are done with steel whool and mothers polish, i did my front but not the back because you cant really see the rear one. let me know if you have any more ?'s ill try to take some pics of it up close.

what's up, yeah, nice ride indeed, don't like the yellow, but it looks good. anyway, if it's cool, I got a couple questions:

the chip, what's up with that/ does it work? I've heard it is bs, but in the type s it works- (hondata chip-8600 redline)

the pulleys, why asp instead of unorthodox? do you just have the crank pulley, or whole kit?

that's not a bad time at all, you're probably putting down 152-156hp/165-167 torque to the wheels- either you can drive or that chip's the sh*t- but the car's pretty light, too. I'm looking for an s14, looking for upgrades to hold me a year or two before I get the sr- losing 80+ whp is gonna hurt.....but reliabilty and chasis goes a long way, not to mention RWD (96 eclipse gst, lightly modded ;) )

what color would look better than yellow?? thanks though, its a jet chip and it made good difference i could feel. not sure how much hp. and i have an asp crank pulley, asp is cheaper than U/R and they are almost identical and the same wt.

it's ok I guess, blue is better but everyone's got blue, and red, orange looks like dirty yellow under the hood... how about purple?

so the jet chip is an ecu upgrade? did you install it yourself? and I guess you only have the crank pulley? I read the faq on that, might have to save myself some money with that.

so what have you beaten/lost to?

jet chip installed myself pretty easy to do. crank pulley makes a difference. this summer im installying an electric fan, and a stage 2 clutch. some of my recent races that ive won that im proud of are, stock mustang gt, 92 modded prelude, 97 prelude, modded neon r/t, modded 91mr2, and the other night i raced a 350z but didnt lose by much, i actually hung with him.

Well in certain light it looks really purple. Thanks for the compliment. That's a factory color though, no like the chameleon or candy paint that some of these guys put on their cars.
