I really love the clean but aggressive look of that exhuast. I need to hear it in person to decide if I want to buy it or not. Sometimes, I get annoyed with my Apex'i N1 and it's pretty quiet.

I've been running a spec II for about a year, first with the stock ka and now with an sr. It is much louder on the sr then it was on the ka, as one of the stock s14 cats was still there(other one replaced by resonated test pipe)along with some of the stock tiny a** pipe. The sr is a 3 inch turbo back, it sounds amazing but is loud as hell.

Dude, the spec II is a 3 inch straight pipe with a resonator, if you want an idea of what it will sound like just unbolt your exhaust and crank up your car.

^^^ thats not that load.. just annoying..

i drove my singe cams pen downpipe for 3 months, it was annoying but not that loud.. but i am deaf in one ear, so that could of helped me out.

yea, i have 15mm ichiba with the extended lugs. those wheels wouldnt clear the z brakes, 10mm may have done it but i wanted to be sure.

finally a person that provides info on the long lasting question: "would the 501's clear z brakes?"

I don't consider an exhaust that can be heard damn near a mile away not very loud, but when I was still rocking that ka turd with the spec II it wasn't any where near as loud as it is with the sr. I'm not complaining because I love how it sounds, I'm just trying to let people that live some where that enforces some kind of a noise limit that they may want to consider some other exhaust.

And i have been driving around with this exhaust for like a week now and its not loud enough to bother me, but if i was planning to take my car on a long trip i might throw the silencer in becausee when your pinned at 3.5k rpms for loooong time it might get annoying

On my 14 (KA) I had this as a daily exhaust for a WHILE.months and months and months.

Of course, I used the silencer around town.

I have always heard that it is more loud on the KA...
