New Person with Auto Transmission Woes

Hello everyone, I'm new and haven't done any intro yet, but I need some advice before the weekend. I have a 91 300zx N/A automatic and for a while, my car would skip second gear completely. It would rev really high in first then I had to lift off the gas for it to shift to third. If I ever stabbed the throttle in third, my revs just shot way up. O/D would kick on and off intermittently as well while cruising. Today however, my car wouldn't even shift past first. Replacing the fluid and filter has done nothing, and neither has Lucas Transmission fix. I have no CEL coming on, but I don't have an A/T Light period. I suppose my particular year didn't have them maybe... Any ideas?

Upon further inspection, either the dealership or the person who sold the car to the dealership put an airbag warning sticker over the AT light... I've had the car for 6 months and just noticed that... I'm pretty pissed. However, no AT light comes on at all when I start the car, which I know it should. None of the lights in that cluster come on. I'm stumped.

Correction, there is no AT light, only a little plastic covering over the three slots where the lights should be... How the hell am I supposed to diagnose this? Anyone?
