New Pathy Owner! Intro + quick Q about bush guards

Hi everyone,

My name is Thomas. I just purchased a 1998 Pathfinder, its really awesome, and is my first SUV, but not my first nissan

Totally love the car and nothing but good things to say, pictures will come in the future! O wait, 1 thing to say, is that it doesn't have enough aftermarket support! booooo


As for my question... I was thinking of getting a bush guard/bull bar for the car, but I can only find ones for 99-04.

My question is, would the 99-04 bush guards fit a 98? Cause I can't find anything about 96-98 guards anywhere..

congrats on your new (to you) Pathy! As for the brush guard, I'm not 100% sure but thee are tons of people here with 96-99 R50's that have brush guards so the best answer is to search around the forum for people with them, and get their input. We all feel you on the lack of aftermarket support for the R50 too, most of us end up fabricating our own parts if there's something we need. What parts are you looking for? Maybe some of us can point you in the right direction.
