New owner with some ?'s

I am a new owner of a 03 G35 Coupe, well actually it is for my G/F. What are all of you using to clean & keep the leather seats looking new? I've seen older cars with leather seats that are all cracked & I want to prevent that if it is possible. Also what do you use to clen the dash, doors & console? Any other info would be great too since I don't know anything about these cars.

No problem.

I forgot to mention about the dash. I use windex to clean it and than I apply turtle wax F21 Super protector. It does a good job. It is an ugly green plastic spray bottle. Don't judge from the look of the product.
