new owner of nissan

i just had to say i have always been an american muscle car guy,but after awhile some of my friends (who own nissan and hondas) i turned my attention to nissan and liked what i saw and heard and felt when i was driving.So i bought my 2007 nissan altima 3.5 se and i gotta tell you i love this car.i really like the older z's and 240sx's,300zx's but i really enjoy the feel the throttle response of this car.Just had to say i'm glad i switched.

Hello and welcome! Being a car guy...ya should've gone Coupe , but...maybe you have some rug rats and needed the four doors.

I have two rug rats; one 3 and the other is about to turn 2, and I still have a coupe. There is only two sides to a car, why does anyone need more than two doors? Although my wife drives the bus or big rig which ever I fill like calling it from day to day (SUV) . OP'er welcome to the site, and I know what you mean. I would like to support the American Auto Maker's during this tough time for them; I've always favored a Mopar over the other two and I've owned some GM vehicles (I've never owned a Ford, so I don't have a right to an opinion on there products), but how many times can one person get burned on there products and want to keep going back? As for Nissan's I've loved there products since I began driving, My first two cars were 300ZX's, which began my love for a Nissan.
