New Owner of a 07 G35 coupe, with a tinting question.

Hello all. I just bought me an 07 liquid platinum G35 coupe with all the fixin's except the areo package.

I wanted to say hi to my fellow G35 owners and ask a question.

I wanted to tint my windows silver, however the place that does tinting said that they had run into issues previously, not with any G35s, but other GPS systems. They said it mainly had to do with degree of tint and placement of the GPS.

So before I down some money on this, I wanted to see if anyone on here has any info on the topic.

My understanding is a lot of metallic tints can at the least disrupt antennas that are integrated into a window. I'm not sure of any specific problems for all G35's with this, but I do know this affects the coupes as they had their radio antennas built into the rear window.

BTW...I'm on the fence with those tints... I definitley don't dislike them

In my own opinion ...I personally think black tints only look good on black cars (I'm gonna get flamed for this)
