new owner of 2007 armada need assistance

my armada didn't come with the monitor for the dvd ent. my kids are worrying me to death. i was told buy the dealer it's already pre-wired. so do i just have someone to put the monitor in and will it work just like that

It could very well be pre-wired for the factory system but it may require some work if you were to install an aftermarket system.....which in my opinion the aftermarket offerings are better and in many cases you can upgrade to a bigger screens and still have it cost less than the factory unit.

PS: In Canada that factory Nissan DVD option is worth $2000.00.

I know for a fact I can get a top notch DVD player and 2 monitors installed in the front seat's head rests for less than that. The best part is if you have 2 screens one kid can watch a video, the other can plug in a Game System and play games. It's just a matter of a little forethought on your part to know what you want before you go commit to a purchase.
