New owner - no more wannabe

I'm picking up my SL AWD today. Woo hoo. I really wanted Iridium Graphite with leather, moon roof, premium package. However I simply couldn't find/get one in my area. As a result I settled for one in Gotham Gray. I hadn't seen the IG color in person and was a little wary of it being too purple.

Then yesterday I finally saw the Iridium Graphite (without leather) and just couldn't pass on it. I love the color so gave up the leather and moonroof to get it. Hope I'm not sorry. At least it save me a lot of $$.

I'm looking forward to trying it out in the snow. Happy New Year to all. I think mine is starting out great.

The car at my dealer that we looked at was the IG premium, leather, sunroof.

The color was cool, but I don't know if it'd be good for resale. It was purple in some lights and a sort of cocoa in others.

I think you're better off with a more traditional grey color. However, the venom red is my favorite.
