One very happy new owner here, had my Black 2010 G37x AWD since Monday 29th 11pm, made the dealer stay 2 extra hours to get me the car!

Drove the Audi A5 3.2 which was also great, but expensive compared to the G37x. Also drove the BMW 328Xi which felt more like a race car and not suited to my 40 minute commute. The G37x blew me away with an awesome expressway 'feel' - like it was perfectly happy to accelerate from 45 upwards to escape semi trucks and huge SUVs.

Wife also loves it, which is a huge plus. We're not quite at the point where we try to wake up first to take it to work, but we may be soon!

Haven't yet felt the urge to change the all weather tires, but I've been told having a separate set for winter and summer can be a good idea.

I haven't yet looked into computer mods; I'd kinda like something that would reduce power for those busy expressways (I know, heresy!) kind of like an opposite for the sport mode.

Anyway, loving this car!

I swapped out my all-weather tires for a set of Nokia WR G2s, which are better in winter weather, when I bought the car. They work fine for Minnesota winters and summers.

Congrats on the new car!

Oh, stop...it's not that bad! Keep a good wax/polish on it and it will be fine.

Wlcome welcome

Black G = having a sex at age 60 with a 20 year old + 2 viagra

I've been in your city few times. One of the company went under and we bought machines and equipment from them and took it to our other shop in the states.

Just getting ready fe new jobs for some of those machines.

Snowtires are better in snow than anything else. I never had issue with my all season.

As scjconsulting suggested the Nokian wr is one of the greatest all season tire if not the greatest. It beats out lots of snowtires in snow.

We'll see how bad it will be in a few weeks...yellow pollen is coming. It gets pretty bad here; almost like a sandstorm.

The cure for the yellow sandstorm is the California Duster!!! Then some Zaino detail spray + cotton towel.

allergies? I'm EXTREMELY allergic to ragweed. VA has more than any other state. Some days, I hold my breath when I walk to my car, and let the Micro filter give me clean, breathable, sneeze-suppressing air.

I second the California duster! I have one for the exterior and a smaller one for the interior...they work great!

Congrats on the purchase...we love ours! I must admit I've not heard of someone who wants to reduce power. Can you be more descriptive?Anyway, loving this car!

I've actually found a really great way to increase my mileage: I set cruise control to 70 (ish!) and just relax. Average fuel consumption seems to have settled at around 28mpg!

Gripes about the car so far: The newer iPods don't work with the USB music player, so I had to swap my iPod with my wife. And for the life of me I cannot get our homelink controller to work with our garage opener.

I've also started researching how to clean this mofo It's gonna be a chore, to be sure, but a well cleaned black sports car = sexeh (if there's a thread here on cleaning the G35/7 then please could someone link to it?)

this is the first car I've had that does EXACTLY what I tell it to. I love this car!

As far as driving it? Thats how Infiniti is. All their models are built as drivers cars. They are awesome like that.
