we ussually do them at 15,000 miles, the service ussually includes tire rotate and balance, wipers, wiper fluid, engine oil change with engine treatment and flush. nothing major.

thanks for the reply!

On a different question. I was cleaning my car yesterday and noticed some scratches where one of the lug nuts are located, i've been buffled how this scratch came about because no one has change my tires or remove that nut! at least for what I can see the only way to get those scratches is if someone try to remove the nut. Does anyone experience this mysterious scratches? Thx guys!

The cars are always retorqued when they are unloaded from the truck, its part of the pre delivery inspection, chances are someone not paying attention scratched it up while performing the PDI.

Hmmm ... 15k miles seems way too long for tire rotation to me - my tires are usually worn out by 20k miles anyway!

I rotate my tires every oil change at about 3750 miles or so. Also re-balance them every 3 to 5k miles - sooner if they seem off (I get free balancing from the local Goodyear Tire place).
