Just ticked over 85,000 miles and purchased it with 83,400. I'm the second owner. Looks to have been maintained well. So far the maintenance (preventative mostly, and a few repairs) have cost me about $1500.
Mx done myself:
Coolant change - $40
Radiator cap replacement - $10
Brake flush - $12
Oil/filter change - $43 for Pennzoil Platinum synthetic & Fram Ultra filter
Engine air filter (2) change - $17
Cabin air filter change - $23
Power steering fluid change - $29 (for a whole gallon of Dexron VI ATF)
Rain sensor repair - $25
PCV valve (2) replacement - $18
Fog lights replacement (one burnt out, but replacing both with better aftermarket) - $68
Serpentine belt - $26
Brakes (rear pads worn badly, but replacing all pads and rotors with quality parts) - $340
Interior LED conversion - $40
SUBTOTAL: $691 to restore her to great health
I had the dealer change all the fluids under the car (ATF, both differentials, and transfer case) just due to my lack of knowledge on the vehicle and time constraints. They also did a 4 wheel alignment and tire balance and rotation. All together it cost me $630. I could have saved $200 by doing the diffs myself. The transfer case looks easy enough too. I'll be doing those myself next time. Transmission and alignment are the only things I'll leave to the dealer from now on.
So far, that's $1321 roughly in primarily preventative maintenance at 85,000 miles. Only brakes, rain sensor, and an oil change were really NEEDED at this point and time. Spark plugs ($65) and one of the idler pulleys ($60) will be replaced during down time this summer. Other than that, I have no foreseeable maintenance in my future
