New & Old Rogue Headlights = DIFFERENT!

parked next to a new rogue, and instantly noticed that the headlights have an exterior clear lens that has the turn signal area embossed outwards. it literally protrudes out. (just wanted to log this info on here for any future reference if anyone goes to buy headlights.)

CAN SOMEONE WITH A 2011+ ROGUE TAKE PICTURE OF THE HEADLIGHT FROM THE SIDE OF THE CAR?

I don't know if the headlights are different but the front Nissan emblem is different compared to my 2011. Mine is closer to the front grill. I think it is because of the camera for the aerial view.

Yeah i had to learn all this the hard way. I ordered the older versions of the headlights first and had to ship them back.

I just double checked on my 2012 Rogue and you are right, the area around the turn signal definitely protrudes outward, comparative to the rest of the headlight.

I took some pics, keep in mind my car is insanely dusty right now. Drove on some back roads here in the desert and haven't washed her up yet.

Here are the pics I took, hard to tell, but definitely protrudes as you say IMSTRICKEN.





Hope that is a good enough shot, but you can see that spot DEFINITELY sticks up.

btw its just cosmetic, everything, tabs and bolt all line up the same.

i read the interchange on them and they said the ballast is different.(i wonder if the plug is still the same?)
