HI guys,

So i swapped 96 ka into 95 with 95 tb, rail+injectors and walbro fuel pump. Car always had hard time starting up usually 2-3 seconds before it start and some times the idle was really bad. It runs crazy rich( can smell fuel at times in the cabin and always smell fuel at wot at the exhaust). I thought it was bad o rings since i never replaced them. So today i replaced the o rings and when to start the car but she no go. So i pulled out the fuse again started her up and she ran for 2-3 seconds until fuel burned out. Put the fuse in and the engine gets flooded every time. So i took the plugs and dried the engine for 2 hrs and change the oil incase to much fuel was in it. Went to start it almost started but it flooded again.

Only problem i had was the 1 of the injector tips where broken but it ran fine i guess before i pullled it out.

Anyone have any ideas. I need to get the car back on the road as its my DD.

i had a bad ecu once and it would only run my injectors at wide open all the time.

pull the rail again and turn the car on, see if they just run. check signal to them if so and back track it to ecu.

How well did you lube the o-rings?

I had to lather it with Vaseline or else the o-ring would get pinched.

Once i pull the fuse for the fuel pump. Car will until it burns of the fuel. So i dont think it ground.
I think its the o rings. I just installed them and put bit of oil around them. Going to remove the injectors and lather it with vaseline and install it and see if it leaks. before putting back in the car again. I'll update this in the evening.

Car still doesnt want to run.

I took the rails out and put it to On position and there was no fuel leaking. I bought new cap+rotors and new plugs in case it was fouled. I put in brand new oil in yesterday. I swapped out the fpr with another one i had and it still didnt run. it keeps fluiding up the engine. I also tried another ecu and came problem.

Would bad vaccum like to fpr cause no start?

I forgot to mention that I have walbru Fuel pump. Only problem that i can think of is that the factory fpr is bad and i need adjustable one.

Can someone shine some light on this.
