I am a new owner of a 2011 Nissan Rogue SL. It is about 5 months old with around 7500 miles on it. It has been running pretty flawless so far. Yesterday I was in AWD full-time mode on a highway when I got cut off by a car. This was during the freak October snowstorm here in the northeast and there was a ton of slush, ice and snow on the roadway. I was pushed into a left shoulder that had probably a foot of heavy slushy, plowed ice/water and I drove straight through it. Other than a huge splash, the vehicle handled well, but it sounds much louder and rougher now on acceleration, and it seems to vibrate more. Same thing today, the temp has risen a lot so there is no more snow on the ground but it just seem the car runs much rougher/louder and vibrates a ton more on acceleration. What does anyone think might have gone awry?
