NEW* MOBIL 1 "High Mileage"

well i was shopping around for some motor oil and i came across mobil 1 "high mileage" i've never seen this on shelf so it's probablly new. i usually get the regular 10w-30 fully synthetic mobil 1 oil but my car has over 132,xxx miles and i might try this new high mileage one. would it be ok to switch to this? and what's so different compared to the regular one? thanks in advance.

High mileage oils work by using the upper limit of SAE viscosity.

10w30HM = 12.49w34.99 not a 4010w40HM = 12.45w44.99 not a 50
