New Memeber Intro

Hi Everyone, joining here on behalf of my dad. We have a '00 Q45 Anniversary Edition. Found the forum here while browsing for a fix on the front suspension that has gone bad after 155k miles. We inherited the car from my granddad that passed a few years back, so it has some sentimental value especially for my mom as it was her dads church car.

At this time primarily looking for any leads on KYB NSC6004 shock inserts at it looks like they are a direct fit to disassemble the front strut and replace it. Having a little confusion as it seems some sellers are selling individually and some are selling two for a pair..mostly out of japan.

Will be back and searching here for any other questions as it looks like this forum is still very active!

Hi Aaron, welcome to NICO.
It sounds like those struts are marketed specifically for JDM vehicles, so most likely they'll be shipping out of Japan.

old Q45 ... now I'm trying to recall which version you have?

They changed it a few times -- -the last one I saw looked like a large TORPEDO. I sure there're good cars, with that Nissan v8 motor.
