New member with Tune Up question, I tried to search first

Hi all, my car is a 2003 Altima 2.5 SL, 125KM, Siver/Black and I've had it 1 yr with flawless performance till now.Took it into my LG for an ocasional stall and 1050 RPM idle. He replaced the throttle position sensor/throttle body unit and sparked it up. He was unable to get the idle level relearned and it idled now at 1500RPM. I took it to the dealer, they attempted a relearn both before and after the ECM reprogramming recall was done but the idle only went back to 1050 RPM but the stall is gone. The car runs well.The dealer says perhaps the ECU is the faulty part and the LG says the new TPS/throttle body is at fault.I have seen forums discussing a throttle pedal reset, shorting out batttery posts etc, but these seem extreme to a Nissan Novice. **argh**Any tips would be appreciated.
