New member with qx4

Hey all,
My names mike just acquired a qx4 from the sticker on the driver door sill it was made late 96 so a 97 right?
First import ever owned, got it as a deal for work at new job it is in real rough shape body is rough engine runs horrible does not stop blown brake lines everywhere does not turn ps just groans. Needs tires but its gonna be a trail rig anyway so the body dosnt matter right now.
Will post pics in morning.
So I can use 97 to what year qx4 pathy parts?

Kind of a broad question, but in general, the R50's underwent their biggest change for the 2001 model year.
That's when the larger 3.5 engine was introduced. prior to that it was the 3.3.
Along the way from 1996 to 2003 for the QX4, and 1996-2004 for the Pathfinder, the chassis was basically the same.
Body styles changed along the way, along with interior/exterior trim and stuff like that.
Hard to say exactly what fits what, and from what year. Depends on what you want to do I guess.
As an example, I just swapped out my cloth seats (front and back) in my 2002 Pathfinder.
I used leather heated seats from a 2000 model, and they fit perfectly.
