im new to the nissan game. Im looking towards purchasing a 2.5s altima coupe with six speed manual transmission. my questions are is it hard to find a six speed? also what is the redline on the car?

it is possible. it just depends what options you want with it. i was too tall to fit in the one with a sunroof and i wanted a 6mt. the factory does not make it that way anymore so i could not order one. i did find one on the internet though. there are probably more out there than you know of, but i'm no expert lol.

I had to order my 3.5 6MT, stilling waiting, takes 10-12 weeks to get it. The dealer i'm getting mine from had one but it wasn't the color i wanted, so...

with gas at over 3 dollars a gallon, ide be saving a hell of a lot with the 2.5. also does anyone know what the redline is. im hearing 6k but is the 6mt more than that because 6k seems too low. i mean even the new civics have 7k redline...

I had to order it. I waited 5 month for mine lol. the 3.5SE revs to 7200~7500k

dang!!!! 5 months? i had to order mine too, was going to take 6-8 weeks. long story short i ended up getting a different one in about 5 weeks. but oh well i got it! hope you find one near you man
