Will I need the dropping resistor using a Microtech lt8s?I have more questions reguarding this cut loom and what wires sensors are truly needed to power up my ca18det with this microtech.But let's start with the resistor?, so I don't have tp many things at one time.Thanks for all help in advance.

the dropping resistor drops the imped for the injectors. what kind of injectors are you running? I would guess that you do need it, but not 100% positive as I havent used the micro tech system before.

EDIT: read the other thread on it and it uses the stock harness so yes you would need the dropping resistor assuming you are using CA injectors or other low imped injectors.

consult the manual for microtech. but ca18detgabby is probably right.
