i have a 93 pathfinder 2wd i know that its normal to get less than stellar mileage with a pathfinder but mines extremely low.i smell its running rich from the tailpipe and when its cold i smell raw fuel in the cabin.i looked everywhere for leaks but see none.the only code i get is the o2 sensor and i replaced it with no change.is there a place that has a tendancy to leak fuel thats hard to see? my 90 300zx i had would leak fuel but i knew where to look.

faulty maf? maybe clogged air filter. or maybe you just need a major tune up.

The connector hose between the two fuel rails will leak eventually if the stock clamps are still being used. IIRC that's under the upper intake manifold so it takes a bit of doing to get in there, but I've been wrong before.

Stock mileage was 15 city, 18 highway. What're you getting now?

plugs, wires cap, rotor, fuel filter, timing belt and water pump have all been replaced recently.i checked the fuel rail crossover hoses and they are dry.im not sure the exact milage but im only getting about 150 miles to a tank.wich sucks.i was thinking the maf but it runs like a top, usually it will show some symptoms.
