thanks everyone for the kind words...i'm truly happy with the new ride....I've been wanting a 4th gen supra since I was in the 4th grade and ever since I started working I saved everything I could. It was SO hard not spending it on the 240 but i'm glad I waited. I can respect any car that is fast, domestics and imports but the supra is just so rare, I never see any on the road and the feeling of that 2nd turbo kicking in is just unbelievable.

its a 6speed, yes plan on going single but not for a while.

yes its garaged

my 240sx is mainly my daily driver, the supra is probably where i'll be doing most of the work on.
homeryansta wrote:oh man, that is one sexy b****! how much did you pick it up for if you don't mind.
to be completely honest, I don't like to say just because some people cannot comprehend why I would spend what I spent on an 11 year old supra. This has been a dream of mine since I was about 8 years old.

lol more pics to come but as far as info, its a 1998 twin turbo 6speed targa top, completely stock, 104k miles on it, all original paperwork....i'm happy as hell
Hoffman5982 wrote:holy god d***..........a 98??how many organs did you have to sell?beautiful car
really you could pick up supras for about 18-20k...depending on the mileage maybe less....I saved for about 4.5yrs to buy this.

you know i can't make up my mind on the wheels, you and I have similar tastes...i'm looking at some ccw's or hre's...I would like to get a RMM wing, I wanna go BPU (up the boost, RMM downpipe, exhaust, maybe HKS TI exhaust) i'm still looking at some options and yeah I have plans on getting a front mount.

HKS TI is a great exhaust.I bought mine with a HKS super drager so im just gonna leave it.

I have never understood how someone with a 240sx can just go and buy a supra or an nsx or some s*** like that.

If i had the money for it, I'd be rolling in the higher-class car; all day, everyday. Nuff said'

Even after driving my BMW E36 I have a hard time getting back into the 240.I'd hate to try and do it from a TT Supra to the 240 LOL

everyone has different tastes...my opinion is that BMW's are everywhere so I would never want to get one, not to knock on BMW's at all its just my opinion. And going from the supra to the 240sx is not bad at all. the 240 was my first car and you all remember your first cars right? no matter what it was, piece of s*** or not, you still loved it right?

i'm changing them to dark grey, and I like the stock wheels but I will be looking to get some aftermarket wheels.
