Hello all. I am the proud new owner of a 1996 Infiniti I30t Automatic. Originally, I bought the car after selling my 2012 Chevy Sonic to get rid of the car payment, but now that I have it, I keep falling more in love with it. I did quite a bit of research into reliable cheap cars and the A32 Maxima/I30 kept coming up as a suggestion, so when this one came up for a good price, I jumped on it. I'll have pictures up probably this evening or tomorrow. It does need some work as follows:

1. A/C doesn't work
2. Front end is making a scraping sound at low speed that seems to stop once I get over about 20 mph (wheel bearing?)
3. Headlights are oxidized and need either cleaned or replaced with some one-piece or projector headlights
4. Exhaust is starting to rust and flex joint is starting to fray (probably replace the whole system, and get a Warpspeed Y-pipe while I'm at it)
5. Other odds and ends as they arise.

My commute isn't far (~2 miles each way) so not much of this is pressing, I just plan to keep it for a while and want to fix any issues I can find. The forum here has been a wealth of knowledge so far, hopefully I can help contribute as well.
