Whatsup guys my names Jessi, don't own a 300zx yet but i've been on the market lately, I'm coming from a fully bolted mazdaspeed 3 tuned on e85. Looking for something RWD an exciting to drive. I've found 2 in my area, one that would be a complete engine swap as it is a 90 TT with a blown engine, not looking to make a whole project out of this as I'm still going to school, the other 300zx however is a 91 TT T-top which seems tastefully modded from what Ive read from this site so far it has the following
Electronics
AEM Tru-Boost controller and gauge
AEM air/fuel ratio
Apex-I turbo timer
Water temp gauge
Clarion Stereo system
Infinity amp
MTX subs and speakers

Engine/Performance
HKS turbo's
HKS BOV's
New fuel injectors
NGK spark plugs
Z1 motorsports short shifter
Blitz exhaust system
Greddy radiator

Suspension
Tein fully adjustable suspension system, with adjusting wrenches
Lowered
18" Lorenzo rims (wide rears)
Brand new tires

what caught my eye here was the hks turbos, which seems to be twin gt25's couldn't find much online about that except for the fact that they are better then stock, he also lists the car has aprox 450Rwhp Im still skeptical and wondering if thats about right with that mod list, only thing that needs to be replaced is the clutch, his asking price is 8000 what do you guys think ?

Tl;Dr
Came from fully bolted mazdaspeed, looking for 300zx wondering if it seems like a good buy.

Cheers!

The first thing I noticed is if he is running stock intercoolers, they should be swapped out with something bigger. Also, more info on the injectors would be nice. If those turbos are bigger than stock, 450rwhp is probably a reasonable number, but it just really depends what psi he is running. I would find out how many miles are on the engine and if the 120K mile kit has been done. Either way, $8K sounds reasonable for a running Z. That's my bit, I hope others chime in :) Good luck!
