technically, your warranty is valid on the assumption that the part you install wasn't the direct cause of the malfunction. see the magnuson-moss warranty act of 1975. wanting increased performance by altering parts has the inherent risk of voiding your warranty, so it makes no sense to worry about your warranty if your outright goal is performance. But anyways...
Go with the basics. HIDs, rear sway bar, front strut brace, intake, exhaust, and wheels. You could get a bullydog tuner, backup the stock rom, and reflash before you go back to the dealership for warranty work as well. stay away from lowering at all if you're that worried about warranty stuff unless you get coilovers, though any warranty claims based on suspension will have to be in compliance with whatever warranty the coilover's manufacturer provides. other than that you're pretty much stuck going the cosmetic route with body kits (rather it be a lip kit, front bumper, rear bumper, hood, trunk, etc.) and tints.
and welcome to nico, n00bert!
