just picked up a 1987 200 sx se with the 3.0 5speed.looking to hook up with some one who can help me with any cross reference info on this car.car was sitting for about a year.the crankshaft pully sheared the key.installed new key and it fired up.looking for parts car,anyone that help will be greatly appreacated. odie

what you have there is an S12 chassis car.

the VG30E in the car is shared with the 300zx from the same year.

down here, there's usually a few at any given time in the junkyards. Is the body straight on it?

I used to own the exact model you have, it was taken away from me about three months ago.

You can use practically everything from the non-turbo 300ZX from the 86-early 87 model years, this is assuming you have a car with a production date on or before 11/86.
Everything except the Y pipe and the intake manifold (a few other exceptions I won't get into right now).

I have a Z31 air sensor, computer and a SOHC 240sx TB you can use with the car for a few extra ponies to the wheels, if you like!

The stock one looks horrible. It's also so rare that you won't find it ever.

thank you !!!!! the car is a 5 speed,body is straight,everything works. need to find crankshaft pully,front crankshaft seal is seeping.they tell me i need to replace the timing belt.i will get some pics posted as soon as i can. look forward to everyones input to get another vintage back on the road. odie

They actually hold up pretty well down here, when you do find them, they're not all rusted out generally.

is there a salavage yard that caters mostly to the nissan's.i know in atlanta there is a guy that has acres of nothing but hondas.i live in statesboro ga. approx 1 hour due west of savannah. need to find some interior parts,window switch(passanger door) moon roof latch,rh side window latch,switch for headlights the one that makes them go up and down. and some engine parts.odie
