Hey EG I'm a newbie here too! Wow your ride is sick!! Very nice! I just got mine and going to put some more personal touch's on it. There are 20's on my 2005 QX56 now but I want to get some bigger rims. I was thinking about getting 24's but skeptical because I heard it is hard ride with such big rims and less tire. What size are yours? Those look very nice.

Thanks,
Corey M

Thanks coreym40 when i just had the 24's on stock suspension the ride was the same as when i had my oem 18 on there, you do feel the weight difference in acceleration and braking, On my qx i also lowered my truck by 2 inches all the way around it still rides the same (pillow smooth) the only time i can tell a difference is when i go over huge bumps at high speeds around 60 and up.

Thanks for replying EG! Cool yeah I think I'm going to go with the 24's too. I'm going on a trip in July driving to AZ so about 3,000 miles round trip and was nervous about that long drive with the 24's but should be just fine I imagine. Thanks for making me more confident about it. Yeah I love the lowered look and might do that myself someday as well. Thanks again for your advice I appreciate it. :-)

No problem, if you want even a smoother ride upgrade the front shocks to bilsteins hd's like i did with mine, im sure the new shocks more than help me keep my qx riding like stock even tho its lowered.

Hey EgQx56. I know that this post is dated but I had a quick questions about the Blistein HD's that you put on your QX. I just purchased a 2006 QX56 and i'm experiencing a very rough ride when going over all types of bumps. So i'm thinking about changing the front shocks. I've hear a lot of good things about the Blistein HD but I have not been able to locate them for the QX. I only see them available for the Nissan Titan. Where did you get yours from? And which HD would it be?

Thanks in advance.
