While the car is sitting in your driveway, undriven (:( ), Take the time, and some of the money, and replace ALL the fluids in your car, the belts, the air intake, maybe even the timing chain. Do any and all basic tune up services you can think of. That's what's gonna get you the most bang for your buck. Then I'd go for suspension, and brakes.
