Hello fellow Nissan owners. I got an Altima Coupe 2.5S a few months ago... I've been browsing around on the Internet to see if there's many aftermarket parts out yet and came across this forum. Looks like a good community. Pics of my car can be found here.

Welcome!! Congrats on the purchase, I have yet to test drive a Altima coupe.......I really want to. I sat in one while I was co-signing for my sisters car, feels really good. Dropping hints to the wife for a coupe, but she really wants a Maxima........can't really be hurt for it's her choice. Enough of me stealing your welcome, enjoy the ride and NICO!! Every now and then I kick myself for not getting the 3.5, especially since the difference in fuel mileage doesn't appear to be much at all. The gauge on the instrument cluster says I'm averaging 28 mpg... the last few tanks of gas I bought it was more like 22-25 but that's in cold weather, and letting it idle in the driveway for 5-10 minutes while I clean snow off and scrape windows.

The VQ is a winner that is no question, the QR ain't bad.........my previous Altima was a 2.5 and the MPG are pretty close in my opinion, but so many factors with that......city driving, Highway, driving hard, driving easy, traffic, etc. Also just be careful with he QR, has issues..........you may get lucky not to have to many problems, I did'nt with mine. I got lucky and did'nt have to many issues, just air sensor going out after three years.
