Hello My name is Remi, 24 years young and im from Bennington Vermont. I recently picked up an unmolested (red) 1993 240sx from Virgina last winter. only problems with the car were horrible clear coat, dented drivers fender, cracked coolant rez tank, and no muffler. other than that I would eat off the undercarrage of the car.. so super clean. sence then (4 months later) Ive put HKS Hi power catback on, AEM (short Ram) intake, Circuit Sports coolant res tank, and some 15' OZ rims (picked up cheap off a friend with a OZrally.) This is my first import Ive ever owned, I started out being all american muscle. I also own a matching numbers 1979 Camaro Z28, and a 2003 chevy S10ZR2. I love RWD cars and the very aspect of drifting and intend to do so in the future. Next weeks Modification is going to be KYB AGX struts and Tien s-tech lowering springs. For the first few years im going with mostly show some go, coinsides with The club Im in(RedlineWhips) and our motto "built not bought." My intentions for the (hopefully not so distant) future is the S13 to S15 front end conversion and a Charcoal with blue metal flake paint job & kouki wing. stumbled to this fourm cite looking up the conversion pics on google and im very glad I did. hope I learn as much from you Nismos as you can possibly learn from me.

Welcome to NICO. I would say modify stock fenders for the S15 conversion and not use conversion fenders which most say have horrible fitment. I'm sure you have seen outtowinpahc-s-ls6-t56-s13-5-sponsored- ... 42510.html . Just saw this car in person, its sick. Being that you are from a domestic background you might want to build something along those lines.

That's the motto of possibly a billion other clubs. You might want to consider something more noteworthy?
And just for friendly notice, I would think twice about referring to a car with no go and all show and coilovers as "built". Some might give you a hard time about that...

Hey I hear you thanks for the tips, we use that motto up here cuz if it isnt us blue collars spending every nickel and dime we have to make something of our cars. its mommy and daddy bought civics with makeshift body kits and a autozone cannon buzzing down main street. I would love to put pics up on here but my computer is spanked for some reason I cant even see some other pics on this cite.
I completely agree with you coilovers are a must, but until the dust clears from my wallet or I win some $$ its not a priority for me but def on the list. im going to shut up for a while and learn the cite before I post any nonsence.

Welcome to NICO!

I personally would do some sort of rear widebody overfenders as well with the s15 front end conversion. I think it helps tie the car together as a whole with the more aggressive appearance of the s15 front. And like Breadbox said, steer clear of fiberglass conversion fenders :bigthumb:
