Sounds like you got off to the right start IDing the root cause. I'll help get you a bit further along.
With the ignition off, check to see if you get battery voltage to one of the pins of your injector (should be the right hand pin IIRC). The injectors all share a common power wire. Also, check pin 109 at the ECU (bottom left pin if you're looking into the ECU plug) All of these wires should be solid red.
If you're not getting battery voltage, make sure the 25A fuse labeled Engine Control in your engine bay isn't blown. Then make sure the two connectors next to the battery that the EFI harness connects to are okay. If all of that is fine, then you might be hunting a harness gremlin.
The next step of the FSM after you ensure battery voltage exists is to check continuity from the ECU to the injectors, which you've done.
If you're getting spark, that tells me the CPS didn't come unplugged after you corrected it.
