For tires, I have 245/35/19 hankook v12 evos and I like them. If you want a beefer tire then go 245/40/19.
If you want to black out your nissan symbol just floss it off and plasti-dip it; idk how else. The chrome edge on the grille I plied it off and vinyl wrapped it matte black. It took me like 10 min (very, very easy). Although, plastidipping your grille will have a much cleaner and smoother effect and If you plastidip it good, then i shouldnt chip.
Intake and exhaust shouldnt void the warranty. I have a nismo exhaust and that's oem so that wont void my warranty.
Couple things I see here.
1. 20's on a non-lowered car actually makes the car look/ride higher, and no, you still have the nasty wheel gap.
2. you do not need to remove the emblems/chrome pieces to plastidip them. I did it without removal, see link below (ignore the thread title, it's before I changed it).

3. Intake and exhaust will not void your warranty unless the dealership proves that they are the direct cause of the malfunction (see Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975). Though the minute the dealership denies your warranty claim, the burden is then placed on you to take legal action.

Anyone who has plasti-dipped their front grill with any advice on the best way to do it (paint type, how many coats, etc) and how it has held up so far would love some input.
PlastiDip (there is only one kind), 4 coats, allow each coat to completely dry before applying the next coat. Don't bother taking the badges off then putting them back on, it's a waste of time. Just look at the link I posted above. Same thing goes with the grille, just make sure you use something like an x-acto knife to cut the plastidip away from the gap between the chrome and rest of the grille, since i don't think it's enough of a curve to cause the plastidip break on contact.
Lastly, WELCOME TO NICO!!
