I'm Tim, a web programmer and long time fan of Nissan, ever since my first car, a 1996 Sentra. Like an irresponsible teenager, I drove that Sentra about 15,000 miles past its oil change and never heard so much as a hiccup. I've owned nissan cars ever since.
Around 2003, I saw my first Nissan 350z on the road. I told myself I would own one even if it took 30 years and depreciation brought it down to 20 bucks. Even when the 370z came out, I remained steadfast, I was determined to have a 350. Today, at 31 years old, it's happened. For $10k, I was able to pick up a 350z touring edition with Bose sound system and navigation system. I'm absolutely stoked.
I took it to the Nissan dealership to get an inspection, and it's in great condition. The interior is a little banged up, but I plan on putting a lot of sweat into this car and keeping it until I have no choice but to have it hauled away to the magical field where all the other dead cars live out their days. Even then, I'll holding onto it for dear life as the tow truck drags us both into the distance.
Needles to say, there's a lot I'll need to learn about taking things apart and putting them back together, so here I am. I'm eager to learn, and hopefully over time I'll learn enough that I can help others here.
